Jason Jordan, audio
engineer at Firefly, brings important audio-for-film skills to Firefly
Recording, working on local and national film scores in the production
of voice-over, dialog, music composition, and sound design. Classically
trained from an early age, Jason has worked on numerous films including
those featured in Boston International Film Festival, the Beverly Hills
HD Festival and the 48 Hour Films Project.
Jason's most recent film
work won highest honors at this year's Boston 48 Film Festival. The
film, 'IN MEDIA'S REZ', won BEST OF BOSTON and will compete at the
national level this summer. |

In addition to film work at
Firefly, Jason is a lead sound designer for SONIVOX, maker's of
professional quality virtual instrument software, where he spends his
days recording, mixing and processing musical instrument sounds,
designing the company's synthesizer instruments, and just generally
having a good 'ol time. Jason received his training at Texas Tech
University and Berklee School of Music. |
