Rebecca sang as soon as she could talk. As a child, she performed
anytime an opportunity presented itself, doing musical theatre and
writing and gigging with her high school band. At 17 she began
performing professionally with many musicians in the east coast Canadian
circuit, over the years doing everything from GB bands to other artists'
original projects. She has performed or recorded with with many
successful Canadian artists: Matt Mays & El Torpedo (Juno1-nominated,
ECMA2, Classified, Dutch Mason (Juno, ECMA, Canadian Jazz & Blues Hall
of Fame, Order of Canada), Garrett Mason (Juno), Lennie Gallant
(Juno-nominated, ECMA), Bruce Guthro (ECMA) Theresa Malenfant (ECMA),
and Matt Minglewood (ECMA).

study, she has racked up an impressive list of credits, sharing the
stage with Gloria Estefan, Herbie Hancock and Paul Simon in Berklee's
60th Anniversary Concert, performing live for and meeting with the
members of the legendary funk band Tower of Power, and performing for
Melissa Etheridge, The Edge – lead guitarist from U2, and renowned
producer Phil Ramone. She is regularly featured on the Berklee
Performance Center stage and has appeared in many of the college's
biggest shows, including Singer's Showcase, Convocation concerts,
Commencement concerts, the Stevie Wonder Tribute Concert, and Berklee
Jazz Café at Symphony Hall. She has also done session work for Mark
Simos (Allison Krauss cuts) and travels regularly with the college for
various conferences, gigs and engagements, joining her professors as a
peer on stage. In addition to a substantial entering student
scholarship, Rebecca has been awarded the Blink Music Scholarship3, and
